BREAD BOWL CHEESY SPINACH & BACON HOT DIP
Ingredients
1 small round sourdough bread loaf
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup sour cream
1 packet Cheesy Spinach & Bacon Dip Mix (Retired)
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, mayonnaise,
sour cream, Cheesy Spinach & Bacon Dip Mix (Retired), Oh! So Garlic and grated
cheese. Cut the top off the sourdough
loaf and remove the centre leaving a
¾" shell. Cut the top and the insides of
loaf into bite sized squares for dipping.
Place cheese mixture into the bread bowl.
Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until
cheese is melted and centre is hot.
